We make every effort to display our furniture accurately, including colors, dimensions, materials, and finishes. However, colours may vary depending on your monitor or device. Natural materials such as wood, stone, leather, and fabric may have variations in colour, grain, texture, and appearance. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. Natural variations are not considered defects.  

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, unless otherwise state. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculate at checkout. 

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, discontinue products, request addition verification before processing an order. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued if your order cannot be fulfilled. 

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be received before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed. 

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. 

Delivery times may vary due to supplier delays, manufacturing schedules, weather, transportation issues, customs or import delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or customer absence. 

Customers should inspect all products upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages should be noted on the delivery receipt an reported to us within 48 hours. Hidden damage should be reported within 5 days of delivery. Failure to notify us within these timeframes may affect warranty or claim eligibility.

Because many furniture items are custom ordered, returns may be limited. 

Stock items may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packages, in resealable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, special, clearance, floor models, and final sale products cannot be returned unless required by law. 

Stock orders may be cancelled before shipment. Custom or made to order items cannot usually be cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply. 

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. NOT covered are: 

normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, damage from humidity or environment. 

In2space Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, loss of profits, delays in delivery. 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. 

All content on this site, including: photos, logos, graphics, products, website, text is the property of ours. It may not be copied without written permission. 

Your use of this site is also governed by our privacy policy. 

We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, or specifications are error-free. 

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
